1. Return Period

At Splooshh™, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For customers within the European Union, you are also entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
